PRODUCTION

Finetaste currently operates with 10 modern freeze-drying machines within a total area of 112,000 m², including 30,000 m² of enclosed production space. By the end of 2025, we plan to activate all 22 machines to increase our production capacity. This facility is on its way to becoming one of the world's leading freeze-dried production plants. By the fourth quarter of 2025, we aim to significantly boost our capacity with additional freeze-drying lines and advanced liquid freezers designed by industry leaders such as GEA and DEVEX. This strategic investment highlights our commitment to excellence and reinforces our leadership position on a global scale.

Our Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) processing lines, equipped with high technology, are integrated with freeze-drying machines. This integration ensures continuous maximum efficiency and offers flexibility to process a wide range of products to meet diverse customer needs.

At Finetaste, we continue to provide healthy, delicious, and nutritious products through our innovative solutions and robust production infrastructure.

Advanced Agricultural Practices

Finetaste prioritizes processing fruits and vegetables grown on its own farms to enhance the quality of freeze-dried products. This approach reflects our commitment to ensuring product safety and integrity. Since 2018, we have been proud to be a producer with a solid agricultural infrastructure.

Our agricultural infrastructure is designed to supply at least 60% of the raw materials processed in our factories from our own lands and greenhouses. The remaining raw materials are provided through contract farming under the supervision of our agricultural team. This method improves quality and contributes to sustainable farming practices.

With the exception of tropical fruits, all vegetables and fruits are produced in Turkey. Our fruits are harvested when ripe and are frozen and dried shortly afterward using a vacuum process that removes the liquid. This process is called sublimation: the water molecules do not return to a liquid state but instead turn directly into vapor. This is what allows freeze-dried fruits to have such a long shelf life while also preserving their color and aroma.
